Who am I?
I am a passionate about championing good governance and leadership in business. I am award-winning, dynamic and forward-thinking, working with boards and executive teams to ensure they know their responsibilities. I want boards to be more diverse and I work with individuals to find their voice and secure a seat at the table.

The Governance Geek is a consultancy championing good governance and leadership. I advise businesses on governance challenges, working with boards of directors and executive teams.
I have held several chair and trustee roles in education, economic empowerment and business crime. I have delivered bespoke training for not-for-profit organisations and charities.
